Richardson rolls Wavelex's 1W SPDT switch

Richardson RFPD announced the release of the Wavelex 1W single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. The new product can be used in satellite communications, mobile base stations and other S- to Ku-band applications.

The WSW10180A switch offers wide frequency band operation, from 1.0GHz to 20.0GHz, with a low insertion loss of 1.5dB, power handling of 30dBm, and 50nS switching speed. It features a built-in DC block and is packaged with precision machine housings in Wavelex's 25.4x25.4mm package. Wavelex products are 100 per cent production-tested on all minimum and maximum electrical specifications. Richardson RFPD's design advisors provide extensive technical expertise and design-in assistance for all Wavelex products, including the WSW10180A.
