Richardson RFPD has announced that the mXTEND antenna booster is now available from Fractus. The mXTEND (part number FR01-S4-250) is designed to allow multi-band performance in mobile and other wireless devices. The device is expected to facilitate global coverage by allowing operation in the communication standards GSM850, GSM900, GSM1800/DCS, GSM1900/PCS, UMTS, LTE2100, LTE2300, and LTE2500.

It is the first release of Fractus' new Virtual Antenn line of products that provide operation in current mobile bands, as well as the ability to upgrade the bands for cellular platforms to LTE and future generations. The mXTEND is compact and can be standardised across multiple devices and platforms without the need for customisation.

The device is in stock and available for immediate delivery.
