PIMinator antennas permit in-building cellular coverage

Pulse Electronics rolled out the DASLTE500NF, DASLTENF, and DASLTEDIN low-passive intermodulation (PIM) distributed antennas, which provide indoor cellular coverage to users. The ceiling mount omni-antenna system is packaged in injection-moulded radomes and is compliant with RoHS and PIM standards.

With a PIM spec of -155dBc at 2x20W, the company's line of PIMinators meets the most demanding requirements of cellular operators and integrators of low PIM components for 2G, 3G, and LTE/4G bands around the world. Having an indoor distributed antenna system allows users to receive cellular coverage inside a building instead of depending on a cell site outside the building.

The DASLTE500NF, DASLTENF, and DASLTEDIN PIMinator antennas for DAS networks have a diameter of 210.2mm with a height of 122.1mm. The DASLTE500NF antenna has a 500mm plenum rated coaxial pigtail with N female connector, the DASLTENF antenna has an N female connector, and the DASLTEDIN has a female 7 16 DIN connector for easy connection to DAS networks. These low PIM antennas meet the demand for high data rates and streaming video for mobile devices covering cellular bands, WiFi, and WiMAX from 698MHz through 5900MHz, and the wideband design meets the needs of operators around the world.
