Toshiba TMPM375FSDMG MCU sports vector engine

Mass production has commenced for Toshiba's TMPM375FSDMG vector engine embedded microcontroller for motor control.

The enhanced functions of TMPM375FSDMG include proportional-integral control, coordinate conversion and phase conversion along with new correction control functions such as minimum pulse protection and VDC filtering. This vector engine is contained in a SSOP30 package to enable mounting inside motors.

Developed as part of the ARM CortexTM-M3 core-based TX03 series, the TMPM375FSDMG is also equipped with a built-in amplifier for single-shunt current detection. Aside from motors and pumps, this product is useful in automatic teller machines, washing machines, refrigerators and air conditioners.
