Cree's XLamp LEDs offer lower system costs

Augmenting its XLamp MH portfolio, Cree Inc. has released high-power LEDs that utilise the company's SC5 technology to simplify LED systems designs. XLamp MHD-E and MHD-G LEDs cut system costs and target lighting applications requiring high lumen output.

Featuring Cree EasyWhite technology in a 7mm x 7mm package, XLamp MH LEDs enable a smaller board size, tighter beam angle and a more traditional appearance than mid-power LEDs. Delivering more than 1,800lm at 14W and 2,500lm at 19W respectively, the XLamp MHD-E and MHD-G LEDs are ideal for semi-directional, high-lumen applications such as downlights, high-bay and outdoor area applications.

XLamp MH LEDs are available in 2700K – 6500K with high-CRI and multiple voltage options. Product samples and production quantities are available with standard lead times.
