Aggregation carries over to services


"People have gotten used to how Google aggregates information, how Facebook aggregates people and how Spotify aggregates music," said Curtis, noting that people will now want their services applications. Savvy companies will start looking at what their users do before and after they open a mobile application or enlist in their service, and think about how they can add value to these parts of the process.

Companies that have their eye on service will have to figure out how to navigate beyond the existing fragmented experience and build a broader ecosystem of services that customers want.
