Spectratime SRO-5680

Spectratime has unveiled a rubidium clock designed for defence, radar, airborne and radio communications applications.

The SRO-5680 is a GPS/GNSS synchronised rubidium oscillator, combining an ultra-low noise crystal oscillator into a low-cost COTS package. It boasts SmarTiming+ technology to synchronise and control Stratum-1 references including GPS/GNSS, Hydrogen Maser, Cesium and T1/E1 lines at 1ns resolution.

The SRO-5680 is designed with three SMA connectors: one 1PPS input for an external Stratum-1 reference and two Stratum-1 disciplined 1PPS and 10MHz RF outputs, all synchronised in phase and frequency to its Stratum-1 reference.
